Meet the staff

Keeshawn Jones serves as the Director of Basketball Operations for Team Focus Sports Group, where he oversees the development and execution of basketball programming and competitive events. With years of hands on experience playing basketball at both the AAU and collegiate levels, Keeshawn brings a deep understanding of the game and athlete development. His background includes extensive experience in youth development, team building, and mentoring young athletes while helping create structured and competitive basketball environments.

In his role, Keeshawn is responsible for assisting with the planning and organization of basketball activities, supporting game operations for events such as Battle of the Brands, and helping design program structures that promote skill development, teamwork, and discipline. He also holds an academic background in Health and Wellness Management, which supports his focus on athlete well being, performance, and holistic development both on and off the court.

Danielle Branch serves as the Director of Operations for Team Focus Sports Group, where she oversees the coordination and flow of organizational operations to ensure programs and events run efficiently and effectively. With a strong background in skill development and organizational logistics, Danielle plays a key role in managing how operations are structured and executed across Team Focus initiatives. She brings valuable experience working in youth development, nonprofit organizations, and human services, which supports the organization’s mission of creating meaningful opportunities for young people. Through her leadership, Danielle helps maintain organization, structure, and consistency within programs while ensuring that community focused initiatives are delivered with purpose and impact.

Corey White serves as the Director of Community and Inclusion for Team Focus Sports Group, where he leads efforts focused on community engagement, mentorship, and creating inclusive opportunities for youth and families. A former Army veteran, Corey brings years of experience in human services, mentoring, and community support. His professional background includes work in substance abuse counseling, mental health, and wellness, providing valuable insight into supporting individuals and strengthening communities. In addition to his leadership in community initiatives, Corey also oversees the organization’s scholarship initiatives, helping ensure that educational opportunity and recognition remain a key part of Team Focus Sports Group’s mission to empower and uplift youth.

Victor Mills serves as the Director of Human Services for Team Focus Sports Group, where he supports the organization’s mission of strengthening community connections and empowering youth through mentorship and service. With a strong background in community service, stewardship, and relationship building, Victor plays an important role in helping connect individuals and families with supportive opportunities within the community. He is passionate about assisting youth and contributing to initiatives that promote personal growth, accountability, and positive development. Victor is also a skilled public speaker who helps represent the organization and communicate its mission, values, and impact to the broader community.

Lamar Ware serves as the Senior Associate of Basketball Operations for Team Focus Sports Group, where he supports the organization’s basketball programming and manages operational aspects of Men’s Open Gym sessions. In this role, he is responsible for scheduling, maintaining the flow of gameplay, game clock management, and assisting with overall basketball operations to ensure a structured and competitive environment. Lamar brings a background in human services, community building, and youth mentorship, with experience supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds including those with special needs. His commitment to community engagement and athlete development makes him a valuable part of the Team Focus Sports Group mission to create positive and inclusive opportunities through basketball.
