Meet the Leadership Team

Kenny Jones is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Team Focus Sports Group, where he leads the organization’s vision, strategic planning, and program development. In this role, he oversees community initiatives, youth basketball programming, partnerships, and special events designed to promote leadership, discipline, and positive youth development through sports. Kenny founded Team Focus Sports Group with the goal of creating meaningful opportunities for young athletes while strengthening community engagement through mentorship and organized programming.

With a background in youth development, education, and athletic leadership, Kenny brings extensive experience working with students and community organizations. He holds a Master’s degree in Sports Management and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Educational Leadership. His work focuses on empowering youth, building strong community partnerships, and creating initiatives that connect athletics, education, and leadership development.

Jarett Glover serves as the Vice President of Team Focus Sports Group, supporting the organization’s mission to empower youth and strengthen community engagement through sports and mentorship. In his role, he assists with organizational planning, program development, and community partnerships while helping guide the growth of Team Focus Sports Group initiatives. Jarett brings years of experience in human services and youth development, with strong ties to the community and a deep commitment to supporting positive opportunities for young people. As a key leader within the organization, he works closely alongside the Founder and CEO to help drive the vision of creating impactful programs that promote leadership, teamwork, and personal development.
